JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Bobby R. Mount, 42, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 6:47 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a report of a suspicious man pushing a motorcycle between houses and through backyards on the city’s north side. Officers found the man pushing a motorcycle on Stowe Street, later determining the motorcycle had been stolen from a hotel in Ellicott. Mount was charged and taken to the city jail, where it was found he was also allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl, drug packaging materials and a dagger-type weapon. Mount was kept in the city jail until he could be arraigned. Additional charges from the Ellicott Police Department are expected.
– Three people face charges after a traffic stop at 1 a.m. Wednesday on the south side of Jamestown. Christopher L Decker, 42, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia while Pablo J. Figueroa, 37, of Jamestown and Gregory J. Comstock, 51, of Warren were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.Officers report pulling a vehicle over after seeing it being driven with no headlights. Comstock, the driver, and passengers Figueroa and Decker were allegedly in possession of 19 buprenorphine naloxone sublingual films without a prescription and drug paraphernalia. All three males were taken to the city jail, where Decker was allegedly found with a 1 gram of fentanyl. Decker and Comstock were released with an appearance ticket while Figueroa was held until he could be arraigned.
