CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Lisa Hughes, 41, of Angola was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. It is alleged that Hughes shoplifted from a business on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk around 12:40 p.m. She was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Dunkirk at a later date.

– BROCTON – Michael Rodriguez Hernandez, 26, of Brocton was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing. Around 9:30 p.m. deputies were called to a reported altercation in the village. Deputies allege Rodriguez Hernandez did intentionally damage the property of another person during the altercation. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to participate in the centralized arraignment program and will appear back in the Town of Portland court at a later date.

– VILLENOVA – Jesse. S. Gens, 31, of South Dayton was charged Tuesday with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from lane unsafely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle after being involved in a single motor vehicle accident on Ball Hill Road around 9:30 p.m. Gens will answer for his charges in the Town of Villenova Court on a later date and time.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Kaitlin M. Webber, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal tampering and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:51 p.m. Tuesday after city police responded to a west side address for a reported domestic dispute. Officers made contact with Webber and an unnamed 28-year-old on the scene. An investigation determined Webber allegedly damaged multiple TVs at the residence and threw garbage in the kitchen and living room. Webber was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
