JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Kaleb D. Dean, 21, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia at 2 a.m. Monday after a traffic stop on Jamestown’s west side. Police report finding Dean in possession of 2.2 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale with suspected drug residue on it and small clear plastic bags commonly used for packaging narcotics. Dean was taken charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Isiah T. Fuentes, 25, of Jamestown was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic citations at 12:02 a.m. Sunday after officers pulled a vehicle over near Foote Avenue and Harrison Street for allegedly being driven with no headlights. Fuentes was allegedly intoxicated and, further investigation, allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine. Fuentes was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

ELLICOTT POLICE

– Brea A. Carlson Wilkins, 33, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 2:09 a.m. Jan. 27 after Ellicott police responded to a warrant check after Jamestown police officers allegedly found Wilkins during a traffic stop in Jamestown. Wilkins has been wanted by Ellicott police for a petit larceny complaint from Dec. 24, 2024. Wilkins will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Crystal L. Stein, 47, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated at 10:10 p.m. Sunday after a traffic stop. She will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
