NEW YORK STATE POLICE
— A personal injury accident involving three individuals was reported by the State Police at Fredonia on Tuesday.
Around 2:46 p.m., near the roundabout in Pomfret a three-vehicle accident took place on Route 60 in the town of Pomfret. Drivers involved included: Ashlee Rose Rell, 36, of Margate, Fla., Alvin Torres, 61, of Dunkirk and Bradley A. Cowan, 63, of Jamestown.
No charges were announced by troopers.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— John Hageman, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree impersonation, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed operator, and inadequate tail lamps.
— Bryan Postlowski, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
— Dotiana Beard Miller, 24, of Harbor Creek, Pa., was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, obstructing an intersection, and stopping, standing or parking on a highway.
— Noe Flores, no age or address listed, was arrested Jan. 10 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing.
— Cody King, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Elijah Rosario, 17, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
— Matthew McKane, 39, homeless, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a single count of petit larceny.
— Cody Wiedenhofer, 20, of Fredonia, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree harassment.
— William Green, 59, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
— Matthew Galen, 39, of Fredonia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-degree criminal tampering and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Alexander Tylwalk, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree harassment, and obstructed plates.
— Christopher Stercula, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with
petit larceny.
— Erica Lindgren, 27, homeless, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and a single count of petit larceny.
— Molly Bennink, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
