JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Jerremy G. Dossey, 37, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 12:56 a.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers were on patrol when they were flagged down about a plow truck that had struck a street sign with the plow at an intersection. The witness followed the plow truck to a local convenience store and upon the plow truck leaving, it was pointed out to the officer. The officer attempted to stop the plow truck but it failed to stop for several blocks. During the investigation, the operator, Jerremy G. Dossey, failed field sobriety testing and was taken into custody without incident. Once at the jail, Dossey refused the chemical test and was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Dossey was held pending arraignment.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Brian H. Donner, 65, of Jamestown was charged with forcible touching on Jan. 7 after Ellicott police responded to a harassment complaint at Wegmans, where it is alleged Donner touched the intimate parts of a female employee. Donner was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Jessy J. Gleason, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on Jan. 11. Ellicott police responded to an aggravated harassment complaint where it is alleged Gleason called a Falconer school employee and threatened the employee with physical violence. Gleason charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Gleason will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Amra Y. Cuhel, 34, of Falconer was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and trespass on Jan. 11 after Ellicott police responded to a trespass complaint, where it is alleged that Cuhel was at a property after she had already been told she was trespassing. It was further found that there is an active stay away order of protection in place for Cuhel to stay away from the protected party’s place of employment. Cuhel charged and taken to the county jail for a centralized arraignment. Cuhel will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
