CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— CHAUTAUQUA — At about 6:23 p.m. Sunday, patrol located a vehicle parked on Route 430. The vehicle was partially blocking the lane of traffic and the vehicle’s operator was located a short distance away. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 38-year-old Rhonda M. Geyer of Allegany. Following an investigation it was determined that Geyer was driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and subsequently released with traffic tickets for parking on the highway, DWI, and DWI per se. She will return to town court later.

Dunkirk Police Department

— Kenneth Mosley, 42, of Jamestown, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with aggravated harassment of an employee, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and disorderly conduct.

— Rosemary Montanez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Erica Lindgren, 27, homeless, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with petit larceny.

— Matthew Galen, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with suspended registration, driving without insurance, and failure to obey a traffic device.

— Leon Schrantz II, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with driving with suspended registration and speeding.

— Delani Williams, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Luis Vazquez, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Michael Scott, 37, of Buffalo, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with suspended registration, failure to surrender suspended license or registration, and unlicensed operator.

— Jonathan Velez-Hernandez, 46, of Fredonia, was arrested Monday and charged with six counts of petit larceny and one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

— Michelle Petsch, 37, of Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of petit larceny.

— Lazaro Pintuele Gonzalez, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Hector Montes, 56, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and failure to yield.

— Wayne Barber, 61, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no tail lamps on vehicle.
