JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Erin R. Dale, 43, of Jamestown, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Arrest. According to police, at about 5:42 p.m., officers responded to the city’s south side for a report of a domestic incident. Upon further investigation, officers learned that Dale allegedly damaged property during the dispute, and after she was told she was under arrest, Dale attempted to prevent officers from taking her into custody. After a brief struggle, Dale was transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
— WESTFIELD – Fletcher Walters III, 33, of Stockton was arrested Monday around 12:15 a.m. and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Walters harassed a Westfield victim and in doing so, violated an order of protection. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. The case will continue in the Village of Westfield Court.
