JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Lanell S. Williams 20, of Chicago, Ill., was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, after allegedly attacking a customer at Tops Markets on Foote Avenue. At 3:49 p.m. Nov. 2, city police officers responded to the store fo ra report of a person who had been attacked by another customer. Upon arrival officers found a man inside the business with physical injuries. Alstar Ambulance EMTs were on the scene treating the victim. Williams allegedly assaulted the elderly man. Williams was found at a Jamestown home and charged. The elderly man was taken to UPMC Chautauqua for treatment of his injuries.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– ARKWRIGHT – Reanna Tarnowski, 26, of Fredonia was charged early Sunday morning with driving while intoxicated. According to deputies, around 1:15 a.m. they received a complaint of a motor vehicle operating erratically all over the road. Tarnowski was pulled over and charged with
DWI, DWI Per Se, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to keep right. She was released to a medical facility for an unrelated incident.
– MAYVILLE – Xavier R Rodriguez, 35, an inmate of the Chautauqua County Jail, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that he damaged county-owned property. He will answer to the charge in Chautauqua Town Court.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Alexander Santiago, 49, homeless, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Sage Bistrisky, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and three counts of second-degree harassment.
— Kimberly Ramey, 47, homeless, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with petit larceny.
— Monique Thomas, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with petit larceny.
— Yajaira Herrera-Hernandez, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.
— Xavier Rodriguez, 35, homeless, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.
— Edwin Chmielewski, 36, of South Dayton, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, and single counts of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree harassment.
— Jeni Kreger, 29, of Sheridan, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with petit larceny.
— Dominique White, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, petit larceny, and inadequate plate lamp.
— Kenneth Mosley, 42, of Jamestown, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Milazy Negron, no age listed, of Buffalo, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with disorderly conduct.
— Stephen Falkner, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Angel Ramos, 25, homeless, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
— Yolanda Orengo Devalle, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and four vehicle and traffic law infractions.
