JAMESTOWN POLICE
– William EL Blakey, 36, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday after officers saw a suspicious man walking behind houses on Barrows and Allen streets in Jamestown. According to a police report, when the K9 officer attempted to make contact with the man to find out why he was trespassing, the man fled on foot toward Allen Street. The K9 officer, assisted by other members of the department’s First Platoon, was able to catch up to the man on Allen Street. The male was identified as 36-year-old William El Blakey of Jamestown. Blakey allegedly had outstanding warrants from the City of Jamestown and attempted to provide a false name to the officers in order to conceal his true identity. He was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Dashawna M. Sparks, 32, of Jamestown was charged at 9:28 p.m. Oct. 11 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers pulled a vehicle over on Newland Avenue near South Main Street for alleged moving infractions. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Sparks was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine. Sparks was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.
– Blake O. Saleh, 36, of Bath, N.Y., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:42 a.m. Wednesday. Officers pulled a vehicle over near East Fifth Street and American Place for traffic infractions. During the course of the investigation, officers found that Saleh, the driver of the vehicle, was allegedly in possession of Methamphetamine. Saleh was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. He was given an appearance ticket to be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Maurice C. Hough, 42, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:51 p.m. Tuesday after officers patrolling the area of the 7Eleven on Hazeltine Avenue saw Hough in the parking lot. Officers knew Hough had active arrest warrants from Jamestown City Court. After being placed into custody officers reportedly found methamphetamine on Hough’s person. Additionally, Hough was allegedly on the phone with a female victim who had a full stay away order of protection against him in the presence of officers. Hough was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.
– Tanner W. Newman, 26, of Panama was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and cited for several traffic infractions after officers walking a beat on Newland Avenue saw a truck drive over the curb and onto the steps of a business. The truck continued at a high rate of speed and struck a vehicle head on that was occupied and stopped at an intersection. The operator of the truck was identified as Tanner W. Newman. After allegedly failing field sobriety testing, Newman was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. There were no injuries sustained as a result of the collision.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Manuel Eusebio Jr., 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with criminal mischief.
– Justin Schrier, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle.
– Zaralizette Smith, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
– Judi Perry, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended or revoked registration.
– Joshua Cosme, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with criminal contempt.
– Andrew Seelbinder, 37, homeless, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with trespass.
– Erica Lindgren, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and a single count of petit larceny.
– Dustin Robinson, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate headlights.
– Julio Sanabria, 58, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct.
– Kia Briggs, 41, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
– Rebecca Tworek, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with trespass and petit larceny.
– Alexander Santiago, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with petit larceny.
– Johnothan Wilson, 39, of Forestville, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and eight vehicle and traffic law infractions.
– Julio Cruz-Hernandez, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.
– Maria Rodriguez Guadalupe, 58, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate stop lamps.
