JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Larry L Hicks, 44, of Jamestown was charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest at 1:56 a.m. Monday after officers responded to a south side home for a reported domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim and Larry Hicks. A subsequent investigation determined Hicks had allegedly pulled the woman’s purse away from her, damaging it. Officer’s also discovered Hicks to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Pennsylvania through the Pennsylvania State Police. While investigating, Hicks attempted to flee the scene on foot. A very brief foot pursuit ensued and Hicks then allegedly physically resisted officers. Hicks was caught and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Thomas J. Dideminico, 40, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault at 7:23 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported physical domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers found Dideminico outside of the residence. Officers made contact with an elderly person in the home who officers say had facial injuries and was in substantial pain. Officers charged Dideminico and took him to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Jason S Smith, 54, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt Sept. 17 at 6:39 p.m. after Ellicott police officers responded to a Celoron address where it is alleged Smith was on the property of a person who is the protected individual of a stay away order of protection against Smith. Smith was allegedly observed on the property by responding officers. Smith was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Smith will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Jacob Rivera Abbey, 24, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt at 3:49 p.m. Sept. 18. Ellicott police officers pulled a vehicle over and allege Rivera Abbey was found to be in violation of a court-ordered stay away order of protection. Officers found Rivera Abbey was previously convicted of second-degree criminal contempt. Rivera Abbey was charged and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Thomas N. Dulak, 45, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 23 after officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Wegmans. Store officials allege Dulak took merchandise from the store and left without paying for the merchandise. It was also found that Dulak was previously trespassed from the store. Dulak will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Rudy R. Tatis Lopez, 49, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment at 10:09 a.m. Sept. 24 after officers responded to a Falconer business where it is alleged Tatis Lopez hit a man in the face several times during a dispute. Tatis Lopez was found a short distance away and charged. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Alexxa B. Cambell, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration after officers responded to a Fairmount Avenue location in West Ellicott at 9:38 p.m. Sept. 26. According to a police report Campell interfered with officers’ investigation. Campbell will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Michael A. Shaw, 55, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree aggravated harassment on Sept. 28. Ellicott police officers responded to a criminal mischief complaint where it is alleged Shaw was asked to leave a residence and upon doing so, punctured the victim’s vehicle tire using a sharp object. Shaw also allegedly made numerous annoying and threatening phone calls to the same person after he left the residence. Shaw will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
Dunkirk Police Department
— Clarence Williams 3rd, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Sean Korzenski, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
— Jean Vieraroman, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
— Morgan Eppinger, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with fourth- degree grand larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Alexander Morales Martinez, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.
— Angelo Ecchevarria, 60, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree menacing.
— Taishmary Dejesus, 18, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with petit larceny.
— Nicole Ingram, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with petit larceny.
— Matthew McKane, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Robert Horr, 52, homeless, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.
— Kelsey Hadsell, 23, of Bolivar, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance, and no distinctive license plate.
— Victor Martinez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Alyssa Loveland, 28, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
— Kia Briggs, 41, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and moving from lane unsafely.
— Frederick Gutekunst III, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and no insurance.
— Jerry Smalls, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with trespass.
— Romel Ingram, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with petit larceny.
— Norman Geddis Jr., 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with petit larceny.
