JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Delbert M. Clark, 57, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault and first-degree burglary at 7:48 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to a reported assault on the city’s north side.. Officers arrived on the scene and determined Clark allegedly forced his way into a residence and injured a person before leaving the scene. According to a police report, officers found Clark near Eighth Street and Prendergast Avenue, where he was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. The victim was treated by EMTs at the scene for injuries from the incident.

CASSADAGA – Richard A. Dascenzo, 61, of Cassadaga was charged with driving while intoxicated and following too closely after a property damage car accident at 6:18 p.m. Thursday on Route 60 in Cassadaga. Dascenzo was charged and will be in Stockton Town Court later.
