DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jose Mendez-Gonzalez III, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 15 and charged with two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Christopher Thomas, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 15 and charged with trespass.

— Kyle Perry, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 16 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a license plate infraction.

— Isabelle Jackson, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate license plate light.

— Brandon Vangeisen, 33, of Jamestown, was arrested July 16 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Anthony Torres-Morales, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Devin Smith, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 16 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Gwendolyn Cortes, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 16 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and single counts of driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Jose Rubacalba, 52, homeless, was arrested July 17 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest, and petit larceny.

— Valerie Camacho-Luque, 30, of Buffalo, was arrested July 18 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Neisha Lockett, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 18 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Kenneth Mosley, 41, of Jamestown, was arrested July 19 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Isaac Gonzalez Aldarondo, 20, of Fredonia, was arrested July 20 and charged with operating a vehicle with suspended registration.

— Jennifer Corcoran-Vigue, 51, of Forestville, was arrested July 20 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Miguel Melendez, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 20 and charged with operating with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Wilfredo Hernandez, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 19 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was also arrested July 21 and charged with a second count of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Jared Ivett, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 21 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

— Keshavian Durden, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 22 and charged with first-degrees aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content .08% or higher, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

— Kenyis Gonzalez-Torres, 24, homeless, was arrested July 22 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, petit larceny and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Jose Almestica, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 22 and charged with operating with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

— Alejandro Gonzalez Virola, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 23 and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— CHARLOTTE — A Sinclairville man has been charged after a Wednesday altercation.

At around 3:44 p.m. deputies responded to a report of an altercation on Route 60. Through an investigation it was discovered that Michael P. Austin, 44, allegedly prevented the breathing of another individual. Austin was later arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Austin was later transported to county jail for CAP.

— HANOVER — At 2:51 a.m., deputies responded to an incident at the Route 20 bridge connecting Chautauqua County and Erie County. Following an investigation, it was determined that Scott McMahon put another party in fear as he recklessly engaged in conduct that created a substantial risk of serious physical injury and threatened to cause physical harm to the party. McMahon is being charged with third-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree aggravated harassment. McMahon was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail. McMahon will return to the town court later.

— STOCKTON — At about 4:16 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an address for a report of damaged property. Upon arrival Deputies did locate 39-year-old Justin Horton of Stockton. Following an investigation, it was determined that Horton intentionally damaged the property of another with no reasonable right to do so. Horton was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
