ELLICOTT POLICE

– Tevin Lise, 33, of Falconer was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal impersonation and parole absconder warrant at 11:10 a.m. Saturday after Ellicott police officers responded to a domestic incident where it is alleged Lise had a valid parole warrant and was possibly armed with a firearm. Ellicott police officers were assisted by the State Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office; the agencies were able to take Lise into custody without incident. Lise was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Joseph A Krall, 42 , of Lakewood faces after incidents Friday and Saturday in Ellicott. On Friday at 6:39 p.m. Krall was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree menacing after officers responded to a domestic dispute where it is alleged Krall verbally threatened a woman and also threatened her with a crowbar. Krall was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. Then, on Saturday at 12:54 p.m., officers responded to a reported burglary in progress and charged Krall with fourth-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly broke the padlock clasp off of a garage door without permission to gain entry. Krall was taken again to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later to answer his charges.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

STOCKTON – Justin Horton, 39, of Stockton was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that while in the town of Stockton Horton intentionally damaged the property of another with no reasonable right to do so. He was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment. He will return to Stockton Town Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— James Hurley, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested July 8 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, passing a red signal and inadequate or no muffler.

— Ariana Rosario, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration and disorderly conduct.

— Sandra Morales, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree harassment,

— Alyssa Loveland, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 9 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Loveland was also arrested July 10 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Dillon Smith, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 9 and charged with petit larceny.

— Diondra Drayton, 21, of Jamestown, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Susan Lilly, 50, of Fredonia, was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without stop lamps.

— Rebecca Tworek, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 11 and charged with trespass.

— Alexander Morales-Martinez, no age listed, of Fredonia, was arrested July 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.

— Nilsbet Molina, 30, of Celoron, was arrested July 12 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Manika Haskins, 27, of South Dayton, was arrested July 13 and charged with second-degree harassment and operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration.

— Deborah Sikes, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 14 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

— Kenneth Mosely, 42, of Jamestown, was arrested July 14 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, obstruction of government administration, and resisting arrest.

— Jessica Alaya Valentin, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration.

— Jose Jimenez-Rivera, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 14 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and four vehicle and traffic infractions.
