CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — James B. Erickson, 57, of Stockton was charged Thursday with two counts of driving while intoxicated. According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a welfare check of a motorist in the town of Hanover. Through investigation it was determined that Erickson had allegedly been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was arrested and charged. Erickson was transported to the Hanover Substation, where he was processed, and released with tickets to appear in the Hanover Town Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Joshua Dash, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

¯ Zacre Jasinski, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ Christopher Marcinkowski, 38, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Jose Hernandez, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.

¯ Martin Wisniewski, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

¯ Alexis Chamberlain, 18, of Jamestown, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Brandon Perry, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and criminal mischief.

¯ Octavia Brown, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Angel Ramos, 24, no address listed, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ Pablo Pedro-Coc, 18, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Jerred Simmons, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree assault, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Wilfredo J. Ramirez-Quinones, 39, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was pulled over Thursday for observed traffic infractions at the corner of Gilberds and 23rd streets. Police said they learned he had switched plates and that he had an outstanding warrant out of Volusia County, Florida. He was held in the city jail pending arraignment.

¯ Shalyssa Pallozzi, 21, of Jamestown, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree assault. It is alleged that Pallozzi stabbed an individual in the left armpit while at a southside address. The victim was transported to UPMC Hospital where that person was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released. Pallozzi was transported to the city jail where she was held for court.

¯ Keith Seice, 36, and Brandon Shutt, 27, were both arrested following a traffic stop in Jamestown Sept. 18. According to police, at around 9 a.m. a vehicle was stopped on North Main Street near 15th Street. During the investigation, Seice allegedly gave false name. He apparently had a valid order of protection for him to stay away from two of the occupants in the vehicle. After Seice was taken into custody, officers said they discovered fentanyl and stolen credit cards inside. Seice was charged with aggravated family offense, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, false personation, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Shutt was taken into custody as well for allegedly having fentanyl in his possession. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
