LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
DEPARTMENT
¯ Kimberly D. Carare, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI per se and speed in zone. Police were on patrol at 12:50 a.m. Friday on Route 394 when officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. An investigation determined that Carare was allegedly intoxicated. Carare is scheduled to appear in court later to answer the charges.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jennifer M. Allen, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Officers responded at 12:22 p.m. Thursday to a downtown business for a criminal tampering complaint. Upon arrival, the business owner informed officers that Allen had allegedly defecated on the doorstep to their business. Around 2 p.m., an officer on bike patrol located Allen at a business in the Brooklyn Square area. She was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ RaShaun M. Smith, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Smith was observed around 8 p.m. Thursday walking in the area of Winsor and Crescent streets. Smith was known to have active bench warrants out of Jamestown City Court. Smith was allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Todd A. Dellahoy Jr., 25, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers and sheriff’s deputies responded to a south side business for a criminal mischief complaint. Officers were advised that someone had broken several windows at the business. The suspect, identified as Dellahoy, was taken into custody nearby. An investigation determined that Dellahoy intentionally caused about $1,700 in damage to the business. He was held for arraignment in jail.
¯ Robert A. Hallett, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Police stopped a vehicle at 12:20 a.m. Thursday at Winsor and Crossman streets. An investigation determined that Hallett was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and was driving with a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Cody Hockenberry, 35, of Shelby, Ohio, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Eyan Blue, 26, of Columbus, Ohio, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Chastity Martinez-Diaz, 31, of Jamestown, was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign.
¯ Jimmy Watts, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
¯ Karen Schuk, 62, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree criminal nuisance.
¯ Michelle Petsch, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
