CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERIDAN — Ivie L. Heaney, 49, of Angola, was charged with open container, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Dispatch received a complaint at 2:11 a.m. July 13 of a female motorist allegedly attempting to strike two people with her vehicle near an address on East Lake Road in the town of Sheridan. Deputies located Heaney, who was later determined to be intoxicated following an investigation. She is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kathleen Shipley, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 1 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Tammy Patterson, 46, of Jamestown, was arrested July 4 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Marlo Carter, 40, of Jamestown, was arrested July 6 and charged with tampering with physical evidence, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Shelly Wright, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to use designated lane and improper left turn.

¯ Nicholas Lawrie, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 7 and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Vanessa Stevens, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested July 7 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Danika Lemay, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 10 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Alex Colon Ruiz, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 11 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, petit larceny, failing to use sidewalk as pedestrian, and three counts of crossing intersection diagonally as pedestrian.

¯ Michael Brown, 52, homeless, was arrested July 12 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.
