ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Lyndsi S. Larson, 38, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Patrol responded to Wegmans for a shoplifting complaint though the suspect reportedly fled in a vehicle. The vehicle was later located by Lakewood-Busti police. Larson, a passenger in the vehicle, was transported to the Ellicott Police Department. She was released with a ticket to appear in court later.
¯ Deana E. Jimerson-Jones, 47, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Patrol responded Thursday to Wegmans for a shoplifting complaint. An investigation found that Jimerson-Jones allegedly exited the store with $622.02 worth of merchandise without payment. Jimerson-Jones is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Tasheena S. Marshall, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with trespass and resisting arrest. Patrol responded at 4:20 p.m. Sunday to the north side of the city for an unwanted person and located Marshall, who was unwanted and was causing a disturbance. Marshall also had an outstanding warrant out of Jamestown. After a brief struggle, Marshall was taken into custody and was held in Jamestown City Jail.
¯ Christopher P. Mekus, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Patrol was dispatched at 6:54 p.m. Saturday to a south side business for a man allegedly damaging a car. It was determined that Mekus kicked an unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot causing minor damage. He was held for arraignment in Jamestown Citay Court.
¯ Richard C. Neal, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Police responded at 12:55 p.m. Saturday to CVS at 19 S. Main St. for a disorderly person in the store. An investigation found that Neal allegedly threatened staff before leaving the property. Neal was later taken into custody where he was reportedly found with a quantity of fentanyl and packaging material. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Teresa A. Davis, 59, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Davis was stopped Saturday by Walmart Asset Protection for shoplifting after allegedly taking several items without paying at self-checkout. Davis is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ NEW ALBION — Alexander Williams, 26, of Gowanda; Jason Dolce, 37, of Forestville; Tiffany Borek, 42, of Angola; and Christiana Williams, 29, of Gowanda, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop Friday in the town of New Albion. All four were allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. Dolce was additionally charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. All four were released to appear in court later.

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Jeremy P. Green, 44, of Falconer, was charged with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, operating out of ignition interlock device, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and parked on highway. Deputies responded at 9:10 p.m. March 27 to a traffic hazard on Interstate 86 in the town of North Harmony. An investigation found that Green was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to answer the charges in court later.
¯ SILVER CREEK — At 11:29 p.m. Saturday, Silver Creek firefighters and several mutual aid fire departments responded to a residential structure fire on Adams Street in the village of Silver Creek. After extinguishing the fire, the Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was requested to the scene to conduct a cause and origin fire investigation. An investigation found that the fire was accidental in nature and was caused by an electrical issue on the second story of the home.
