¯ Nelson Hernandez, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal contempt. Deven Redeye, 26, of Steamburg, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers spotted a vehicle at 3:20 p.m. Sunday that was reported stolen from the parking lot of a local business. The driver, identified as Hernandez, was allegedly found in possession of a loaded handgun and was subject to an order of protection. Redeye was a passenger in the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. Both were transported to Jamestown City Jail.
