LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Joshua D. Pelfrey, 33, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Saturday with the assistance of the Jamestown Police Department on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Busti Town Court. Pelfrey was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Travis M. Colley, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree assault, making terroristic threats, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 12:54 p.m. Friday to Family Dollar in Brooklyn Square for a reported disorderly male. It was learned that Colley allegedly threatened an employee and had been punching the glass storefront windows. Colley reportedly became combative with officers and ended up striking an officer who required medical attention. Colley was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
