¯ HANOVER — Brian E. Calkins, 62, of Silver Creek, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday to a Hanover address and, following an investigation, discovered that Calkins allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in a dwelling. Calkins also allegedly caused serious alarm and annoyance to another individual. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Michele L. Lyle, 40, of Angola, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to Silver Creek for a reported larceny. An investigation found that Lyle allegedly took property and, in the process, damaged other property. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
