¯ Anthony Rios-Colon, 33, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation at 5:46 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a home on the city’s south side for a reported domestic incident. Rios-Colon had allegedly grabbed a woman by the neck and choked her, held her against the wall and also pushed her. A child was allegedly present during the incident. Rios-Colon was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.
