CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY COURT
¯ Hector Dejesus, 40, of Dunkirk was sentenced by Judge David Foley to an indeterminate state prison term on 2 1/3 to 7 years after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary, a class D felony.
¯ Christian Horta-Romero, 23, of Dunkirk was sentenced to a determinate state prison term of 2 years by Judge Foley for a violation of probation. Horta-Romero was sentenced to a term of probation on Aug. 26, 2020 after pleading guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: Loaded Firearm.
¯ Erick Threatt, 32, of Dunkirk was sentenced to a determinate state prison term of 7 years with 5 years post release supervision after pleading guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. The defendant was sentenced as a non-violent predicate felony due to this being his second felony conviction within 10 years.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ PORTLAND — Richard Superdock, 62, of Brocton has been charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. On Thursday at about 11:45 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence on Thayer Road in the Town of Portland for a reported altercation. Superdock was allegedly involved in an altercation with another person and threatened to kill that person. He also reportedly caused damage to property. Superdock was taken into custody and while being taken into custody was allegedly discovered to have in his possession a small quantity of a controlled substance. He was transported to the county jail for centralized arraignment.
