CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

— SILVER CREEK — At around 9:30 a.m. Saturday Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an address in the village for an altercation.

After an investigation it was found that Elijah Miller, 22, of Salamanca engaged in physical altercation against another individual in the home. Miller was charged with second-degree harassment and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

— HANOVER — At around 2:11 a.m. Sunday, deputies were dispatched to a residence for a ongoing dispute. Through an investigation it was determined that 26-year-old Kyle J Magierski of Forestville had violated a court order. Magierski was charged with four counts of second-degree criminal contempt and was transported to the county jail for arraignment.

— HANOVER — Around 4:33 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an altercation. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with Justin A. Wilmore, 39 of Forestville.

After an investigation Wilmore was found to have allegedly damaged the property of another person. Wilmore was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and later released to be in town court later.
