¯ SHERIDAN — Michael Schweitzer, 29, of Buffalo, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and speed in zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 12:25 a.m. Saturday on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan. An investigation later found that Schweitzer was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.
¯ DUNKIRK — Jamal A. Robinson, 24, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no tail lamps. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 3 a.m. Saturday on Central Avenue in the city of Dunkirk. An investigation found that Robinson was allegedly intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk City Court later.
¯ POMFRET — Devon T. Gonzales, 20, of Cheektowaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and no standing/stopping/parking on highway. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11:35 p.m. Friday on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret for a traffic violation and to check the wellbeing of the driver. An investigation found that Gonzales was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Gonzales is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.
¯ POMFRET — Ari D. Paff, 39, of South Dayton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no/insufficient tail lamps. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:37 a.m. Saturday in the town of Pomfret for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Paff was allegedly intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.
¯ HANOVER — Kelly L. Metzger, 52, of Forestville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right. Deputies responded at 8:13 a.m. Tuesday to a crash on Versailles Road in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Metzger was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. She is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
