CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ POMFRET — Cecelia L. Pacos, 75, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree reckless endangerment. Deputies responded at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday to Concord Drive in the town of Pomfret for a reported suspicious situation. An investigation found that Pacos allegedly discharged a firearm in an unsafe manner, causing fear to another person. Pacos is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Chelby M. Murray, 30, of Sherman, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers were called to Walmart at 9:43 p.m. Wednesday for a reported larceny and located Murray who was leaving the store with stolen merchandise. Murray is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
