CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FORESTVILLE — Jason R. Dolce, 36, of Forestville, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking. Deputies responded on Monday to a Main Street business in Forestville for a reported disturbance. Several witnesses said a man entered the business and went into an employee-only area to confront another person. The disturbance continued through the rest of the business until the man left. Dolce was located a short time later and was taken into custody. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ May S. Stilson, 43, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Stilson allegedly concealed items totaling $121.16 in a shopping bag at Walmart on Monday. She was stopped by store personnel as she attempted to leave and was later issued a ticket to appear in court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Ramsey J. Huddleston, 42, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Officers investigated a reported larceny at a Falconer business Monday. It was found that Huddleston allegedly broke into coin operated devices and took money without permission. Huddleston is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Hailey Greenman, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers stopped Greenman for speeding Sunday on South Main Street in Jamestown. Greenman was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample 0.09%. Greenman is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ FREWSBURG — Nathan Strickland, 41, of Frewsburg, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree harassment. Troopers responded Saturday to a Frewsburg residence for a reported domestic incident and found that Strickland allegedly struck a window causing $250 in damage and threatened to kill another person. Strickland was located a short time later and allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ GERRY — Javier Matos Montanez, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Matos Montanez was stopped Friday on Route 60 in Gerry for a traffic violation. He was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests and was allegedly found with a bag of fentanyl and crack cocaine wrapped in foil. Matos Montanez provided a blood sample and waas then transported to police barracks for processing. He was issued tickets to appear in Gerry Town Court and then turned over to Jamestown police on an outstanding warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Zachary A. Scott, 35, of Dunkirk, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault. Dunkirk police responded around 8 a.m. Monday to Lake Shore Drive for a domestic incident in which two women were reportedly struck in the head and face with a blunt object. The victims were treated by Dunkirk Fire & Rescue at the scene and then transported to Brooks-TLC Hospital System for further care. Scott was found a short distance away and, with the assistance of a passerby, he was taken into custody. Scott was held at the Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
