A new restaurant is being eyed in Lakewood at the former Ruby Tuesday next to the Chautauqua Mall. Lakewood Mayor Randy Holcomb confirmed that local residents already in the restaurant business in the county had sought and were recently granted a permit from the village to renovate the property, located in the northwest corner of the mall’s parking lot along East Fairmount Avenue and Chautauqua Mall Boulevard. Holcomb said village officials are excited at the prospect of having the property put to new use. Ruby Tuesday closed its Lakewood location in September 2019.
