Sex Crime In Salamanca
LITTLE VALLEY – Four individuals are facing rape charges after allegedly forcing the prostitution of an underage girl at a Salamanca trailer park.
According to The Salamanca Press, Tina L. Wagoner, 51, allegedly received drugs and alcohol in exchange for allowing men to have sexual intercourse with a girl living at her residence at the Hemlock Hills trailer park between January 2010 and October 2012.
The girl was reportedly between the ages of 10 and 12 years old at the time.
The Salamanca Press reported that Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori Rieman announced grand jury indictments against Wagoner on Tuesday, charging her with three counts of first-degree rape and three counts of second-degree promoting prostitution.
The Salamanca Press further reported that Thomas D. Doner, 35, and Ryan A. George, 35, were charged with first-degree rape, while Christopher R. Terhune, 32, was charged with first-degree attempted rape.
Wagoner, George and Doner were remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $250,000, $100,000 and $25,000 bail amounts, respectively. Terhune is currently serving a maximum 3-year sentence at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility for an unrelated conviction, The Salamanca Press reported.
All four individuals will appear in Cattaraugus County Court at later dates.
According to The Salamanca Press, the arrests were the culmination of a years-long investigation by the Salamanca Police Department and Cattaraugus County Child Protective Services. More arrests may follow.
The victim is reportedly receiving counseling and other necessary services.
