A search warrant for the vehicle was obtained by the DEA and resulted in the seizure of more than 2 pounds of methamphetamine. Celina Serva from Akron, Ohio, was charged with possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. Serva was scheduled to be arraigned in the US District Court for the Western District of New York in Buffalo on Friday. Leslie Carnes, also of Akron Ohio, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
