Some rental cabins in Cassadaga have changed ownership.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Dec. 23-31.

During this time period, Darlene Gilbert sold three parcels in Pomfret and three parcels in Cassadaga to SRCLG, LLC of Cassadaga for $345,900. This is the location of Gilbert’s at the Lake, which has two cabins which sit next to each other, but cross municipal lines. One cabin is located in the village and one is in the town of Pomfret.

Including the previously mentioned sale, there were 11 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 10445 Bayshore Drive, Pomfret sold for $587,500.

– 3647 Wall St., North Harmony sold for $540,000.

– 10057, 10059 and another parcel, all on Patterson Lane, along with a parcel on Hazel Place, Portland sold for $501,000.

– 5514 Lakeside Blvd., Portland sold for $385,000.

– 1609 Forest Ave., Ext., Busti sold for $355,000.

– Unit 8250, Canterbury Woods I Condominium, French Creek sold for $325,000.

– 73 S. Portage St., Westfield sold for $325,000.

– 9605 Seymour St., Pomfret sold for $310,000.

– 19 Birchwood Drive, Fredonia sold for $281,900.

– 5459 Lakeside Blvd., Portland to Jeffrey and Nancy Langer for $250,000.
