The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Dec. 16-20.

During this time period, Community Bank National Association sold 1 West Main St., Ripley, to Erika Steiner for $75,000. The bank closed in April, 2023.

Also during this time, H&S Manufacturing Co. Inc. of Marshfield, Wis,. sold 10169 W. Lake Road, Ripley to Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, LLC of North East, Pa. for $180,000. That property was advertised online as a warehouse facility. Mazza Chautauqua Cellars did not respond to an email as to what they plan to use the property for.
