A former factory in the south county has once again been acquired by a Jamestown developer.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Nov. 20-22.

During this time period, Prestige Property Rentals, LL of Farmington Ariz. sold four parcels in Jamestown and Ellicott to LDI2, LLC of Jamestown for $550,180. Two parcels are on Tiffany Avenue, Ellicott and two parcels are on Allen Street in Jamestown, one of which has the address of 1088-1132 Allen St.

Chautauqua County’s GIS page lists Lynn Development as the owner. Lynn Development had owned the property previously and originally sold it to Prestige Property Rentals in May, 2022. That sale was for $790,000, which is less than what Prestige Property Rentals sold it back to Lynn Development.

This industrial/manufacturing space once was one of Bush Industries’ manufacturing plants.

The highest sale during this time period was a residence at 6 Scott Ave., Chautauqua Institution, which was sold for $1,140,000.

Including the sales previously mentioned, from Nov. 20-22, there were six sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 2840 Chautauqua Ave., North Harmony sold for $559,000.

– 10 Dennison Road, Frewsburg for $425,000.

– 20 Bernett Ave., Fredonia sold for $417,500.

– 5281 Lakeside Blvd. Pomfret sold for $375,000.

Overall, from Nov. 20-22, there were 41 transactions. The full list of transactions higher than $1 is as follows:

Mark and Cynthia Larson sold 6 Scott Ave., Chautauqua Institution, town of Chautauqua, to Sarah Brady and Carolyn Bush Andrade for $1,140,000.

Susan Chase sold 1225 W. Main St., Ripley to Rokkm, LLC of Orchard Park for $80,000.

Thomas Bailey Jr. sold 1788 Warren Jamestown Blvd., Kiantone to Gabriella Iuculano for $30,000.

Amber and Jake Arrance sold 24 E. Second St., Lakewood to Silas Basedo for $95,000.

Martin Troyer sold 10266 Route 380, Stockton to Quality Hammond Properties, LLC Dewittville for $135,000.

Jill Adams Fenton sold 5281 Lakeside Blvd. Pomfret to Chesterfield Spahr and Teresa Mar for $375,000.

Wolcott Dairy, LLC of Sinclairville sold two parcels on Pickard Road, in the towns of Ellery and Ellicott to Gregory Barnhard and Tedra Derkovitz for $240,000.

Knapp Road, LLC sold a parcel on Johnson Road, Ripley to Robert and Claire Mellors for $42,500.

Ellis and Shari Hallenbeck sold 10 Dennison Road, Frewsburg, town of Carroll, to Carter and Kerri Jo Boozer for $425,000.

Nate Enterprises, LLC of Jamestown sold 360 and 1893 E. Elmwood Ave., Falconer village and Ellicott town, to ALW Properties of Falconer NY, LLC of Falconer for $182,000.

Ronald Cummings sold 3926 Willow Ave., Ellery to Olivia Engstrom for $35,000.
