Another storefront in Mayville has changed hands.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales and recently looked at the transactions from Nov. 12-19.

During this time period, Chautauqua Inns LTD sold 28 S. Erie St., Mayville to Northstar of WNY, LLC of Stow for $87,500.

There is a sign on the building for Chautauqua Gateway Graphics, but according to its Facebook page, the business location closed in 2020 and its graphic artist is working elsewhere.

This is the fourth Mayville storefront sold by Chautauqua Inns LTD in a year.

In October, Chautauqua Inns LTD sold 11 S. Erie St. In November 2023, Chautauqua Inns sold 43 and 51 S. Erie St.

From Nov. 12-19 there were eight sales that were $250,000 or higher. They are as follows:

– 4426 Lakeside Drive, Ellery sold for $575,000.

– Residential Unit 306, St. Elmo Condominium, Chautauqua Institution, sold for $565,000.

– 2904 Greenhurst Ave., Ellery sold for $380,000.

– 10596 W. Lake Road, Ripley sold for $345,000.

– 2047 Ashmara Lane, Ellicott sold for $325,000.

– 55 Spring St., Westfield sold for $310,000.

– 27 Cherry Lane, Lakewood sold for $289,900.

– 417 E. Virginia Circle, Jamestown sold for $260,000.
