Dawn M. Swanson, Kennedy Free Library director, has released her second in a series of children’s books. Swanson will be launching “Charlotte and The Mischievous Cat” on Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. at the Kennedy Free Library. The public is welcome to attend the book signing. Books will be available for purchase and she will pause to read the story to any children present at 10:30 a.m. The Kennedy Free Library is located at 649 Second St., Kennedy.
