A south county property where a vehicle body repair shop operates was sold for more than $1.75 million.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Oct. 7-15.

During this time period, Gerber Real Estate, Inc. of Elmhurst, Ill. sold 869 and 839 Foote Ave., Jamestown to Agree Stores, LLC for $1,757,471. Gerber Collision and Glass operates out 839 Foote Ave. No changes in operations have been announced.

Including the previously mentioned sale, from Oct. 7-15 there were 12 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 91 Timbercreek Drive, North Harmony sold for $420,000.

– 4798 Lakeside Promenade, Ellery sold for $419,000.

– 3880 E. Ross Mills Road, Ellicott sold for $399,900.

– 2322 West Lake Road, Busti sold for $365,000.

– 493 Wiltsie Road, Frewsburg sold for $303,800.

– 400 Lake Shore Drive West, Dunkirk sold for $275,000.

– 2 Westminster Circle, Ellicott sold for $265,000.

– 6 Birchwood Drive, Fredonia sold for $258,000.

– 3758 Bard Road, Pomfret sold for $252,200.
