Two downtown storefront buildings in Chautauqua County have recently changed ownership.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Oct. 1-4.

During that time period, Jonathan and Teresa Casler sold 61-63 East Main St., Westfield to 6163 East Main Street, LLC of Westfield for $175,000.

B&C Tax & Bookkeeping Service is located at 61 E. Main St., while Blue June Blooms Flowers & Gifts is located at 63 E. Main St. There appears to be apartments above both storefront businesses.

Also during this time period, Glen and Susan Dickerson sold 13-21 E. Main St., Falconer to Krista Boardman for $75,000.

Diane’s Collectives is located in this plaza as well as Eleven Eleven Beauty, LLC, a tattoo, piercing, day spa, and massage therapist. B&D Contracting has a sign hanging there and there’s also a sign for TA Moving that notes it has relocated to Fluvanna Avenue, Jamestown.

From Oct. 1-4, there were eight sales that were $250,000 or higher. They are as follows:

– 6535 Bowers Road, Stockton sold for $340,000.

– 6455 Cadenza Passage, Chautauqua town sold for $338,052.

– 7395 Bowers Road, Stockton sold for $291,620.

– 4580 Rt. 380, Gerry sold for $255,000.

– A 104 acre parcel on Quilliam Road, Chautauqua town sold for $250,000.
