New Management
Community Inclusion To Manage TRC Community Health Center
The TRC Community Health Center on East Second Street is officially under new management.
TRC Community Health Center recently hosted a ribbon cutting and open house at the health center’s 890 E. Second St. location in Jamestown and formally mark the change in the practice’s operations.
After 30 years of operating under the auspices of The Resource Center, TRC Community Health Center now is managed by Community Inclusion. TRC Community Health Center provides primary care, dental and podiatry services that are available to anyone, and it operates the school-based health center located within Jamestown High School.
“It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces coming together to celebrate this exciting milestone,” said Lindsay VandeVelde, Community Inclusion Inc. executive director. “We are looking forward to what Community Inclusion and TRC Community Health Center can achieve.”
With the change in operations, TRC Community Health Center intends to become a regional center of excellence for providing health services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The TRC Community Health Center offers a variety of primary medical care, dental care, podiatry, and school-based health services, all of which are available to the entire community. The Primary Care Clinic, located in Jamestown, features board-certified physicians with expertise in treating people with complex health issues. Dental Clinics, located in Dunkirk and Jamestown, provide quality dental care, particularly those unable to access dental services elsewhere. The agency’s Podiatry Clinic, located in Jamestown, offers high-quality foot and ankle care. And, our School-Based Health, located at Jamestown Public Schools, provides comprehensive health care services to students enrolled at the school.
