The Summer Wind, formerly an excursion boat on Chautauqua Lake based in Celoron, has been put on wooden blocks in a parking lot next to Dunkirk Harbor. The vessel was spotted last week making its way through Mayville. It was last reported to be headed to Rochester under new ownership.
