Chautauqua County fire investigators were summoned to the scene of a fire that broke out before 7 p.m. Monday. The blaze was reported in a two-story residence on Frew Run Road near Frewsburg. Firefighters from Frewsburg, Falconer, Kennedy, Busti, Kiantone and Randolph provided assistance. County fire coordinators also responded. The cause of the fire wasn’t known by press time.
