City Man Charged After Monday Drug Bust
A Jamestown man faces drug charges after a drug raid on Thayer Street on Monday.
Thomas N. Dulak, 45, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 3:35 p.m. Monday after a search warrant was executed at 34 Thayer St., lower apartment, by members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators with assistance from the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team. Dulak was located inside the residence along with three other individuals, where they were all detained by the SWAT team. After the residence was secured, detectives searched it and located 24.6 grams of fentanyl, 4.7 grams of methamphetamine, 3.4 grams of crack cocaine, 20 dosage units of fentanyl and several bottles of liquid methadone, scales, packaging materials, and a large amount of a cutting agent consistent with the sale of illegal drugs. Detectives also located a metal knuckle knife. Dulak was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned. The other three people were released.
