City Man Charged After Drug Raid

Kevin Raymond, 60, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department and Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at 11 Van Buren St., Apt. 3.

Police report finding Raymond inside the apartment as well as 350.6 grams of methamphetamine, 16.4 grams of fentanyl, scales and packaging used for the sale and distribution of narcotics, a stolen .22 caliber handgun and $93.
