City Woman Jailed On Federal Drug Charges
A Jamestown woman was taken to the city jail after a drug raid on Fairfield Avenue on Tuesday.
Samantha K. Robbins, 37, of Jamestown, faces federal drug charges, according to a police report. Members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 31 Fairfield Ave., lower apartment, at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday with assistance from the Jamestown Police Department and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office K-9 units.
Officers found Robbins and a man in the apartment. A search of the apartment resulted in the seizure of 393.6 grams of methamphetamine, $2,803, packaging materials, a digital scale and other items. Robbins was taken to the city jail, where she is being held pending federal charges.
