Jacob Feldt

An Ashville man has been charged with a felony first-degree criminal act and third-degree criminal sexual act.

Jacob A. Feldt, 37, was charged at around 4 p.m. Friday following a warrant issued out of the Town of Busti Court. It is alleged that in the end of October, Feldt engaged in sexual acts with a minor at a Lakewood business.

Feldt did turn himself in to Lakewood-Busti Police on these warrants and was sent to the county jail. Feldt will be in the Town of Busti Court later. More charges are pending further investigation.
