DUNKIRK — There was a police raid on Lord Street in Dunkirk this morning, with city police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department participating. Officers could be seen going in and out of the house. More officers were searching a car with Pennsylvania license plates about 50 yards down the street. Their search included a close look under the hood. No other information was available as of this morning.
