Eighth-grader Ellie Rounds of Southwestern Middle School was named winner of The Chautauqua County School Boards Association’s logo contest. Her logo was selected from out of nearly 40 creative submissions from area students. Ellie was recognized at a CCSBA breakfast in March, which is also Youth Art Month, at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel in Celoron. Attendees were served cookies featuring the new logo.
