Community Helping Hands Holding Jewelry Sale At Winter Festival

MAYVILLE – Community Helping Hands is hosting a jewelry sale during the vendor and craft show Friday through Sunday at Winterfest in Mayville.

In addition to the ice castle, live music, crafts and food vendors there will be a vendor and craft show at the Chautauqua Inn and Suites event room featuring fiber arts, printed shirts, wood crafts, self-care products, paintings, food items and so much more. Community Helping Hands will have a booth there to sell jewelry.

According to Community Helping Hands officials, donations received by the non-profit organization included vintage pieces and fun items in bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pins, etc. There will also be “Treasure Bags” filled with items.

Proceeds from the sale will support the Community Helping Hands’ Emergency Needs Fund. The fund was established to help individuals and families with an unexpected and critical expense. Money to take care of an emergency isn’t always available to everyone. Running out of gas may prevent someone from getting to work and the impact could be a job loss. Community Helping Hands tries to help clients who need a small amount of money to get through an emergency. The money in the Emergency Needs Fund comes from fundraisers like the Jewelry Sale and from community donations.

Vendor show hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday.

Starting at $2.99/week.
