The Reg Lenna To Show ‘Real Pain’ And ‘Gladiator II’ On Wednesday

Golden Globe nominated films A Real Pain and Gladiator II are scheduled to be shown at the Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.

In A Real Pain (Wednesday at 7 p.m.) mismatched cousins David (Jesse Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin) reunite for a tour through Poland to honor their beloved grandmother. The adventure takes a turn when the odd-couple’s old tensions resurface against the backdrop of their family history. A Real Pain is rated R and is 90 minutes long. The film is nominated for Golden Globe awards including Best Motion Picture, Best Actor (Eisenberg) and Best Supporting Actor (Culkin.)

Gladiator II (Friday at 7 p.m.) continues the epic saga of power, intrigue, and vengeance set in Ancient Rome. Years after witnessing the death of the revered hero Maximus at the hands of his uncle, Lucius (Paul Mescal) is forced to enter the Colosseum after his home is conquered by the tyrannical Emperors who now lead Rome with an iron fist. With rage in his heart and the future of the Empire at stake, Lucius must look to his past to find strength and honor to return the glory of Rome to its people. Gladiator II is rated R and is 148 minutes long. The film is nominated for Golden Globe awards including Best Supporting Actor (Denzel Washington.)
