Southwestern Middle School officials have announced the school’s Students of the Month for December. They are:

Roger Hamilton, sixth grade and the son of Samantha Phillips and Ray Hamilton. His favorite subjects in school are math and science. Roger belongs to the Southwestern Middle School Band. He also plays football, One fun fact about Roger is that he likes to play games.

Noah Lindell, seventh grade and the son of Gretchen and Jared Lindell. Noah’s favorite subjects in school are ELA and gym. He plays modified football and modified baseball. Outside of school, Noah plays for the 12U Lakewood Gladiators. In his free time, he enjoys playing outside. One fun fact about Noah is that he is double jointed.

Landon LaCrout, eighth grade and the son of Julie and Andre LaCrout. His favorite subjects in school are art and music. Landon plays the French horn in both the middle school and high school bands. He also plans to run track in the spring. When he is not at school, Landon enjoys going on hikes with his family, solving the Rubik’s Cube, and playing video games. One fun fact about him is that he lived in California for five years and has traveled across the country three times.
