Jamestown High School Names Students Of Month
Jamestown High School officials recently released the school’s November Students of the Month.
They are:
Kater Hockenberry, a freshman the daughter of Cristin and Jim Hockenberry. Kater is freshman class president and plays the clarinet in Symphonic Band. She is also a member of the girls varsity cross-country, indoor track, and outdoor track teams. In her spare time, Kater likes to travel and spend time outdoors with friends and family. After graduation, she hopes to continue running at the collegiate level and study pre med.
Julian Jackson, 10th grade and the son of Deion and Kerstin Jackson. Julian is a member of the junior varsity baseball team, and is also a captain on the junior varsity basketball team. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with friends, and go up to the baseball field. After graduation, he plans to study engineering while playing college baseball.
Allison MacCallum, 11th grade and the daughter of Tiffany MacCallum and Jay Grann. Allison is junior class treasurer and a member of the A Capella Choir. She is also a member of the girls varsity swimming and varsity softball teams. In her spare time, Allison volunteers at her church, St. Lukes, and volunteers around the community. After graduation, she plans to go on the pre-med track and join an ROTC program.
Liam Crandall, 12th grade and the son of Jarrod and Stephanie Crandall. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and has been on an Air Force Training Mission. Liam is also a co-president of the Key Club and is a member of National Honor Society. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Special Olympics program and Cyber Patriot. After graduation, he plans to study Industrial Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology.
