Quinn Is NCCR Dog Of Week

Quinn

Quinn, this week’s Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week, arrived at the shelter recently after being found roaming stray and frightened in a neighboring town. She appeared to have had puppies not long ago, and seemed to still have a healing c-section scar – it is suspected that she was dumped when her puppies no longer needed their mom. Since no one came forward to claim her, Quinn is now looking for a loving forever family of her own. She is a 2-3-year-old female, believed to be an English bulldog mix. Quinn is a little apprehensive with strangers, both people and dogs, but warms up quite quickly once she sees they mean no harm. A little sweet talk and a few treats go a long way to win her over. Quinn is an affectionate cuddler who can’t get enough attention and belly rubs. Read more about Quinn and apply to adopt online at www.caninerescue.org, or visit the shelter to meet her and the other adoptable dogs at 7540 N. Gale St., Westfield, from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday, no appointment required.

Starting at $2.99/week.
